You and your partner pick an animal from the websites below and sign the sheet for which one you picked. After picking your animal, read the information about the animals.

Use the information you found to create a Powerpoint for your fellow classmates to view. You will need to include the name of the animal, it's niche, basic information about the climate, what it eats, and the adaptations that it has to help it survive.

Now, use your knowledge of adaptations to create your own animal that could survive in the desert habitat at the zoo. You will make this project in Publisher in any form that you wish and you should leave a spot to draw your new animal somewhere on the page. On the page, you will need to include the name of your animal, the adaptations your provided for it, what it's niche is, and what it will eat.
